Packages and Rates

All packages and fees can be adjusted to you or your organization’s needs, deadlines and project budgets

Small Grants ($1000 - $10000)

eg. Travel, Professional Development or small projects

Time to complete: 5 -7 days

Budget
1 hour initial consultation meeting
Revisions included: 1

Rate: $250 - $350 (negotiable)

Grant Research

If you’re unsure what grants you or your organization are eligible for.

Time to complete: 2 - 7 days

Consultation meeting, or document submission with detailed information about your project and goals.

Delivery of comprehensive document to client, detailing which grants you or your project are eligible, including all important information and deadline schedule.

Rate: Fees are negotiable and based on client needs and expectations.

$150 for 1 hour consultation and 1 hour of grant research culminating in a preliminary list of available grants/deadline schedule.

$250 for 1 hour consultation and 3 hours of grant research culminating in a list of available grants/deadline schedule.

$300 - $500 for more complex research tasks/exhaustive grant eligibility document & schedule/extra consultation

Each hour of additional consultation is priced at $50

Medium Grants ($10000 - $25000)

eg. touring, medium project or production grants

Time to complete: 7 -14 days

Rate: $350 - $1000 (negotiable)

Large Grants ($25000+)

eg. large projects, multi-year projects, organizational funding

Time to complete: 10 -21 days
